          1. Change of mind / “I don’t like it”

If you are not satisfied with your print, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

– You must notify me by email at artbypetervode@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
– The print must be returned:
– In its original condition
– In the original or equivalent protective packaging (tube)
Customer pays the return shipping costs. 
Approximate return shipping cost is around 10 €, depending on your location and carrier.
– Once I receive the returned print in good condition, I will issue a full refund of the product price (excluding the original shipping cost, if any).

No questions asked – but the print must arrive back undamaged.

         2. Damaged or misprinted items

If your print arrives damaged or with a printing defect, I will replace it free of charge.

What to do:

1. Within 7 days of receiving the order, email artbypetervode@gmail.com with:
– Your order number
– A short description of the problem
Clear photos showing:
– The damaged/defective print
– The packaging (tube) if it is damaged

2. I will review the photos and confirm whether:
– The damage is a printing or production defect, or
– The damage occurred during transport.

Printing / production defects (misprints) 
If the print has an obvious misprint or defect that happened before shipping, I will send you a replacement print at no cost.

Damage during transit 
If the tube or packaging is visibly damaged and the print is affected, email photos of:
– The damaged tube/package
– The damaged print

We will then either:
– Send a replacement print free of charge, or
– Find an appropriate solution together.

Important: 
Torn paper, strong creases or heavy crumpling that could not realistically happen during printing and normal packing in a tube may be considered improper handling after delivery. In such cases, a free replacement may not be granted.

         3. Non-returnable items

Custom or personalized prints (if offered in the future – e.g. custom sizes, custom text, etc.) may not be eligible for return, except in cases of damage or production defects.
– Currently, standard prints are treated as above under sections 1 and 2.

         4. How to request a return or refund

To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact:

Email: artbypetervode@gmail.com
Subject: “Return / Refund – Order # [your order number]”

Include:
– Your full name
– Order number
– Photos (if damaged/defective)
– Whether you are requesting:
– A replacement, or
– A refund

         5. Refund processing time

Once your return is approved and (where applicable) the returned print is received:

– Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
– Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but usually takes 5–10 business days after the refund is processed.
